Hailing from Sydney, singer/songwriter Dean Lewis’ haunting falsetto takes centre stage when he performs soft, harmonising guitar rhythms, with cathedral-like production qualities. With early influences stemming from Oasis, Richard Ashcroft, The Kooks and more recently Catfish & The Bottlemen, Dean’s creative inspiration from mostly UK artists led him to a small, picturesque town in Northern London to create his first single ‘Waves’.
Since then ‘Waves’ has seduced music lovers across the planet; receiving triple platinum status at the end of 2017, prompting loads of international shows and local festivals including THE PLOT, Spilt Milk, Beyond The Valley and Lost Paradise.
He’s written and recorded more than 100 songs, including the first taste of his latest EP Same Kind of Different. We can expect Dean Lewis to be flourishing the airways for years to come!
