How many tickets can I buy in one order?


There is a LIMIT of 10 tickets per customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone on the ticket has to turn up and have the ticket scanned at the same time. So if you are going to GTM with a group of friends, but arriving at different times during the day, its best to process through different orders. If circumstances change and you cannot arrive at the same time, you can have the tickets re-issued at a cost of $3 per transaction.

What details do I need to have ready when purchasing GTM tickets?


Name and DOB is required for all customers whose details are on tickets. This means that for individual tickets, all names and DOB’s are required but group tickets only require the name and DOB of all the persons whose name is on the ticket. If you have a group ticket you must all arrive together as no names will be left at the door.

Why do I need Date of Birth?


Basically, we want to minimise people scalping tickets. Some of the GTM events sell out, so we want to ensure that people who really want to attend get there chance to purchase tickets. When you enter GTM you may be asked to provide valid photo ID to verify the names and birth dates on their tickets to gain entry.

How do I get a hard copy of my GTM tickets?


When purchasing GTM tickets online, your individual tickets will be sent as a pdf file to your nominated email address. These tickets can be opened with Adobe Reader and printed in either black and white or colour. Just make sure that the barcode and all names and dates of birth are visible. If you have any problems printing your ticket please contact MOSHTIX

But I didn’t receive my tickets via email, what should I do?


Don’t cry or panic, its ok. Simply log in to your MOSHTIX account and you can have your ticket resent. Your account is created when you purchase your tickets. If you still have problems, please contact MOSHTIX.

I forgot my mum and dad booked a family holiday and I can’t go to GTM, can I refund my ticket?


Tickets are unfortunately non-refundable. If the event is cancelled a refund will be made (less booking fees). You must provide proof of authorised purchase and apply for the refund within 7 days of event cancellation. Don't worry, full details will be sent out with instructions on what to do. Can I give the ticket to my mate if I can’t go?


MOSHTIX is able to change names and reissue tickets for a fee of $3. Simply log on to your MOSHTIX account and follow the steps. If you have any problems contact MOSHTIX.

I thinking of selling my GTM tickets on e-Bay, is that OK?

Don’t be crazy! GTM tickets may not be re-sold as a commercial transaction under any circumstance. Cattleyard Promotions reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation if the original purchaser has sold them. The new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. Again this measure, although extreme, is to combat scalpers.

Also, beware of fake tickets that have been ‘photo-shopped’ to look like real tickets. Cattleyard Promotions strongly advises not buy tickets on e-bay or other unofficial sources.

What if I enter the wrong information on my ticket?


Please be careful when purchasing your ticket that all the information is correct. If you do make a typo or enter the wrong details you will have to reissue your ticket, which carries a $6 fee.

Can I purchase multiple tickets in the one order?


Yes you can buy multiple tickets in a single order under one name, but this is recommended only if you are absolutely sure that you will all arrive in one group.

Help us keep the entry queue flowing smoothly by arriving together when buying tickets for your mates. One of the main advantages of the e-ticket is that it speeds up the entry process. If the purchaser whose name is on the ticket is already inside GTM when you arrive, they will not be able to come out and let you in, as there is a strict no pass out policy at GTM.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to split the order into separate names after your initial order, there is a reissue fee of $3 per name change.

My dog ate my ticket, what do I do?


Its okay, feed your dog some PAL. The e-tickets are delivered by email. Do NOT delete the original email until after the show as you can re-print the original if you lose the print out. If the email is deleted, you can log in to your MOSHTIX account and follow the steps to resend the e-ticket.

What if I am really excited about seeing Vampire Weekend and accidently lose my printed ticket on the way to the GTM?


It’s your shout then and you will never be trusted with tickets again☺. You, and everyone listed on the ticket, will have to go to a special line. There will be a nice and friendly ticketing lady/man who can help you but she will be busy, it may take some time. You will have to have ID with your name and date of birth. You also risk missing out on some great music. So if you think you can’t be trusted with tickets give them to your mate to look after or just don’t lose your ticket!
