To make your entry valid be sure to use the hashtags #ONESHOTWITHONEDAY #GTM2015 and which GTM you would like to attend eg: #Maitland #Bendigo #Townsville etc

Without these hashtags your entry will not be valid.

Step 4:

Wait and see if you have WON a double pass to #GTM2015 and the grand prize of a backstage photo shoot with ONE DAY shot by Cole Bennetts.

3. In accordance with instagram's terms and conditions entrants will have to be at least 13 years old to enter.

4. Entries will only be accepted via instagram.

5. The photo must belong to the instagram account holder.

6. The competition commences on 8:00pm Tuesday 14 April and closes at 5PM Tuesday 21 April (‘competition period")

7. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 22 April 2015

8. Only entries posted during the competition period will be considered.

9. Any entry posted after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid.

10. Cattleyard Promotions and One Day reserve the right to refuse any entry they consider to be offensive or insulting.

Groovin the Moo and Heaps Decent are teaming up to present a series of music workshops at the 2015 Oakbank, Bunbury & Townsville Events in April & May!

The workshop will focus on music production and songwriting, and the facilitating artists from the GTM 2015 lineup will be revealed soon.

  • This competition opens on the 11th of March and closes at midnight AEST Wednesday 8th April 2015.
  • All Songwriters, MCs/Producers who submit their entries during this time will be eligible.

  • 15 winners will be chosen to participate in each workshop by a panel of Heaps Decent and Groovin The Moo experts.

  • Entry into the competition is free.
  • The registration opens at 9:00am on February 9th 2015 and closes at 12 Midnight on the 22nd of March 2015 ("competition period"). Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or miscredited entries.
  • All designs must be "new work" and must not have been used in any promotional or commercial activity in any capacity, prior to submission (therefore the entrant must legally own copyright for all works entered).

  • The judges will be looking for conceptual and original works which identify with the Groovin the Moo music festivals and the competition brief.
  • Artwork must contain either the text "Groovin the Moo" or "GTM" to be considered for final judging.
  • Artwork which carries current or previous GTM event branding will not be considered.
  • A shortlist of 75 Finalists will be selected by a panel and presented to the judges.
  • The Judges decision is final and they or the organising company (Cattleyard Promotions) will not be drawn into discussion in relation to the process.
  • The overall winner will have their work produced as official GTM 2015 Merchandise.
  • Cattleyard Promotions reserves the right to use part of or the entire image of all prize-winning artworks on any GTM merchandise and subsequent promotional material.
  • Cattleyard Promotions reserves the right to use any artwork submitted for this competition for ongoing promotional material.
  • Cattleyard Promotions shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the use of the artwork is accompanied by a credit to the artist.

The triple j Unearthed competition is open once again on the hunt for one regional artist to join the bill at each leg of the festival, in Oakbank, Bunbury, Bendigo, Canberra, Maitland, and Townsville.

For the first time, triple j Unearthed is also on the look out for an additional producer in Maitland and Bendigo to add to GTM's new party stage, The Plot. To be eligible to win the chance to help kick off festivities, bands and producers simply need to have their best tracks uploaded to by Sunday 22 March.


The GTM Sister Cities Art Project enables young and emerging artists to push the limits of their creativity within their own region and reach a larger audience without having to look to the major Australian cities for opportunities and support.

For the inaugural year, GTM's Sister Cities Art Project will be running in both Bendigo VIC & Townsville QLD welcoming all emerging artists who live in either one of these two areas and are between the ages of 15 – 21 to apply.

Entries for 2015 are now closed, participants have been chosen and the workshopsto design and complete a poster inspired by GTM's 2015 theme OASIS are under way!
